The International Conference on Participatory Rural Development was organized in the frame of the PHARE funded project „RuralNet - an Active Role in the Implementation of Rural Development National Program"implemented by CRONO, a member of CEE CN, in partnership with ARCS and CEE CN. It aimed to find ways to involve communities into rural development programs/projects.
