A MEMBER OF THE CEE CN WON THE "BLACK SEA NGO AWARD FOR EXCELLENCY IN PROMOTING REGIONAL COOPERATION IN THE BLACK SEA REGION" Print
Analytical Centre on Globalization and Regional Cooperation (ACGRC) and itspartner from Turkey ARI Movement won the: "Black Sea NGO Award forExcellency in promoting regional cooperation in the Black Sea region". TheBlack Sea NGO Award is addressed to NGOs registered in the Black Sea widerregion: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Republic ofMoldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey and Ukraine. The aim of theaward is to enhance the profile of the Black Sea Synergy and its role inproposing a regional, cooperative approach in the region as well as themultilateral dimension of EU external policies. The initiators of the awardare the Representation of the European Commission in Romania, the Black SeaTrust for Regional Cooperation and the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.The awarding ceremony will take place during the Black Sea NGO Forum inBucharest (Romania) from 6-8 October 2011.
