1. Radio Programs

Programs dedicated to the importance of Citizen Participation and activities of CPW were organized in radio.  CPW activists from various NGOs took part as guests of the programs.

Local newspapers published schedule of CPW activities as well as different articles dedicates to CP issues

3. Photo exhibition

Photo exhibition from CP experience of 17 CEECN countries (including pictures from last year’s CPW activities in Georgia ) was held in Tbilisi. Opening of the exhibition occurred on Monday 25th to which NGOs, political parties, general public and media was invited. Civitas Georgica also held press conference afterwards.

4. Citizen Patrol

Photo competition in Georgian regions. Youth in the regions walked around their town/village and took pictures of something they liked or did not like. Pictures were collected by local partner NGOs, which held photo exhibitions in municipality buildings for the local government representatives to see.

5. Public opinion survey

The survey was conducted across Georgia based on the Questionnaires prepared by Association for Community Development, Budapest.

6. Training on local economic development for schools

In Khashuri town, in a secondary school, a pilot training was held for preparation of social-economic development plan for the school. Training was conducted for board of trustees of the school.

7. Drawing campaign for children “Your future”

In Lanchkhuti town, in front of Gamgeoba building, children drew pictures with colour chalks on the sidewalks, expressing their wishes to local government.

8. Call for participation in local elections

In two districts of Georgia , youth representatives and children walked around in CPW T-shirts and encouraged people to participate/vote in local elections.

9. Moral Code for Electoral Subjects

Candidates to local elections signed the memorandum on code of ethical behaviour.

10. Drawing lesson in schools

Secondary school students drew pictures representing their view on actions taken by government.
