These photos show some activities of the International School of Social management and Citizen Initiatives that have been held 15 - 28 of August in Lithuania. This is a new "Advice!" project of the "Open Russia", aiming at enhancing capability of the volunteers in social partnership. Young leaders came from 19 regions of Russian Federation. There are young activists from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and Sweden among participants. Two weeks of activity included: expert sessions, master-classes, training sessions, consulting, role-play, "round table", and panel discussion. The first screening of documentary "Reaction" - film about public opinion and Mikhail Khodorkovsky trial also has been held there...

VOKA cooperate with different Slovak organizations. Citizens’ participation, planning from bottom up, place of marginalized citizens groups in everyday life – these are the topics of our trainings.

The IV Baltic Sea NGO Forum "Challenges for Baltic Sea Civil Society in a Changing Europe" was held on 16-17 April 2004 in Pärnu, Estonia. The Forum brought together more than 260 participants from the NGOs of 10 Baltic Sea states, international organisations, state and local governments. Main organizer of IV Forum was the Estonian NGO Roundtable. Estonia and NGO Roundtable had presidency in Council of Baltic Sea States (CBSS) and Baltic Sea NGO Network and Vice Cahirman of Representative Council of Estonian NGO Roundtable Mr. Helmut Hallemaa lead the Baltic Sea NGO Consultative Committee in 2003 - 2004.  Open Plenary session of the IV Forum.
Giving our symbolic "baltic wave" from organizers to the Polish delegation, host of next V Forum at the closing plenary session of Forum.
